Delete your account and your data

You can delete your My Diet Meal Plan account, and the personal data we hold about you, at any time. You do not need to contact us to do it.

From inside your account

1. Sign in at www.mydietmealplan.com.
2. Open Account Settings from the menu.
3. Under Account, choose "Want to remove your account completely?" and confirm.

What is deleted

Your account is closed straight away and your personal data is deleted from our systems: your profile, your meal plans, grocery lists, favourites, progress records and account settings. If you signed in with Facebook, Google or Apple, this also deletes the information we received from that service (such as your name, email address and profile picture). You can additionally remove our access from within that service's own settings.

If you cannot sign in

Email info@mydietmealplan.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address on the account. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. You can make the same request by post to My Diet Meal Plan Ltd at the address in our Privacy Notice.

What may be kept

Some records may be kept after deletion where the law requires it, for example payment records for tax and accounting purposes, or where needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Use. These are kept only for as long as that purpose requires and are not used for anything else.
